Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of business requirements and technical specifications to deliver high-impact IT solutions.
Essential Functions:
Design, develop, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and UI elements.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs and web services.
Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Document technical designs, development activities, and deployment instructions.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and workshops.
