*This is contract role for a Consumer’s Energy located in Jackson, Michigan. This is a 3 day a week hybrid role to Jackson, Michigan if you leave in a commutable distance outside of Jackson. If you live in Jackson, MI this role will be fully onsite due to the type of work that is being done in this role. This is not a C2C opportunity.*
*Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Administrator*
*Responsibilities:*
* Monitor the health of ServiceNow HRSD for all open HR cases (Agent Workspace for HR and via Legacy lists), dashboard availability, group membership, Employee Portal (Employee Center Pro), Knowledge
* Develop and design reports and dashboards to support HR teams
* Support Approvers in workflows with access to information as needed
* Design and manage SLAs for HR cases
* Ensure security and confidentiality of HR cases through ACLs, COE Security Policies, and understanding of Application Scopes
* Understand other HR systems to ensure integrations to/from ServiceNow perform successfully
* Support Content Management and Content Engagement
Developer:
* Engage with stakeholders to understand, gather, and document specific business and technical requirements
* Translate business needs into ServiceNow HRSD solutions
* Design and develop custom applications (HR Services, Record Producers, HR Tasks, etc.), scripts, workflows, approvals, notifications in ServiceNow HRSD
* Participate in design and code reviews
* Develop and conduct Test Plans and Test Cases, support UAT
* Align with IT Standard Change Management processes for implementing change to production instances
* Ensure compliance with best practices and standards

*Requirements*
* 1+ year working on ServiceNow HRSD
* Solid understanding of ServiceNow HRSD system architecture - plugins, HR Table Structure, Application Scopes
* Must have experience in ServiceNow Core HRSD Applications and Employee Center Pro - Users, Groups, Skills, Roles, Assignment Rules, HR Services, HR Catalog Items, Record Producers and Employee Portal Branding
* Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy & actions, and client/server scripts as well as integrating ServiceNow with other tools
* Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and JSON
*Education:*
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
*Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)*
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $60-$70/hr
