Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow FSM Architect with a deep understanding of ServiceNow, particularly in Field Service Management (FSM). This role is ideal for someone with extensive architecture experience and a strong grasp of network, server, security, and both on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow FSM solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices and meets performance, scalability, and security standards.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
* Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years in IT, with a strong focus on architecture and service management.
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
* At least 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow FSM solutions.
* Proficiency in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus.
* Strong understanding of network, server, security, and both on-premises and cloud environments.
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM preferred.
* Proven ability to design scalable and robust ServiceNow FSM solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
