Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in developing and administering ServiceNow platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, modules, and integrations.
- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Skills:
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) \*Required
-Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
