What You’ll Do
Architect and design ESMCollaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and design solutions that fulfill their requirementsStay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow and ESM trends and technologiesWork with other teams to elaborate on ServiceNow integration with other systems and processesProvide technical support to developers from architectural standpoint
What You Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Help desk and IT Ops platformsExpertise with ServiceNowStrong understanding of ITIL and other ITSM frameworksExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnglish level – B2+
