ServiceNow Developer Job Description As a member of our ServiceNow Services team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of our practice as we look to expand our services across other healthcare organizations. You will work in partnership with our leadership and architecture team to support our customers with your in-depth understanding of ServiceNow and our services to best position and develop solutions to the challenges our customers face. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned). Participate in multiple engagements delivering customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practice. Collaborate with other technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities. Participate in code reviews and Go-Live planning efforts. Participate in customer discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to inform technical requirements. Maintain active status on all certifications (deltas and fees). EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience 4+ years of end user or client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology Completion of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least two completed CIS certifications. Experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow application suites: ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD Experience with web technologies (HTML, Bootstrap, AngularJS, RESTful web services, Ajax, etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform Experience with Workflow Studio, IntegrationHub Spokes, Custom Actions, and legacy workflow technologies Ability to conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts. Experience with conducting and inspecting code migrations between instances, as well as providing feedback to technical resources on approaches to remediate assigned defects Ability to keep a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity Healthcare industry experience and certifications a plus WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Up to 10% Travel Optimum is an equal opportunity employer.
