ServiceNow Technical Architect Job DescriptionAs a member of our ServiceNow Services team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of our practice as we look to expand our services across other healthcare organizations. You will work in partnership with our leadership and sales teams to support our customers and prospective customers with your in-depth understanding of ServiceNow and our services to best position and architect solutions to the challenges our customers face.
Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)Partner with Business Process Consultants to assess customer environments’ technology health and the effectiveness of facilitating business processes with ServiceNow.Define platform roadmap, architecture, and design across the customer enterprise.Participate in customer engagements delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising on best practice.Mentor technical consulting team members on development and configuration activities.As needed to support the dedicated sales team, participate in presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and estimate time and effort for delivery.Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee the technical aspects of Go-Live planning efforts.Partner with Business Process Consultants to lead customer discovery workshops and define technical requirements.Maintain current knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow application capabilities, and the use cases ServiceNow addresses for healthcare customers.Maintain awareness of healthcare industry challenges and drivers.Keep clients’ business goals at the forefront of conversations and articulate design decisions related to continual maintenance and longevity on the platform.
Education/Experience Requirements5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a strong focus in ITOM & CSDMCompletion of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least two completed CIS certifications.Experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow applications is preferred but not required: SecOps, CSM, FSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD.10 years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technologyWeb technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, RESTful Web Services) and advanced development with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platformServiceNow configuration and development constructs, including IntegrationHub, scoped application development, and StudioAssigning estimates for units of work (stories, defects, documentation, etc.) and coaching resources on the technical development and configuration against defined user stories
Working Environment/Physical RequirementsUp to 15% travel
