Responsibilities:Gather and analyze end user requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories within the ServiceNow platform.Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate and enhance platform functionality.Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.Work closely with both US and European teams to ensure alignment and consistency in platform development efforts.Utilize Jira to track and manage tasks, and user stories.Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree related field3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practicesProven ability to gather and document requirements, create user stories, and develop solutions within ServiceNowPrevious experience with the HAM and SAM modulesExperience using Jira Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.Category Code: JN008
