About This Opportunity
We are actively seeking a seasoned and innovative ServiceNow HRSD Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of HR Service Delivery solutions using the ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our HR technology team, you will play a crucial role in architecting and optimizing HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging the full potential of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities.

Roles And Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture:
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, considering scalability, security, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR requirements and technical solutions.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the HR technology team, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow HRSD.Stay updated on ServiceNow platform advancements and recommend relevant features and enhancements.
Integration Management
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.Collaborate with IT teams to address integration challenges and implement solutions.
Customization And Development
Oversee the customization and development of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including scripting, workflow design, and UI configurations.Ensure the implementation of industry best practices for ServiceNow development.
Quality Assurance
Establish and implement quality assurance processes for ServiceNow HRSD solutions, conducting thorough testing and validation.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaboration With Stakeholders
Work closely with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users and HR teams.

Experience And Skills
5+yrs of experience in Service Now platform
ServiceNow Expertise
Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on HR Service Delivery module.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD certification is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency
Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies for ServiceNow customization and development.Proven experience in ServiceNow scripting and workflow design.
HR Technology Knowledge
In-depth understanding of HR processes and technology, especially related to HRSD and ServiceNow.Experience with HR systems integration and data synchronization.
Leadership And Communication
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills
Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and find innovative solutions.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Project Management
Proven experience in managing end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
