Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Platform Project and Process Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving efficient project execution. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project and process requirements, translating them into ServiceNow platform solutions.Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and configurations to streamline project and process execution.Work closely with project teams to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform for project management and tracking.Provide expertise in ServiceNow capabilities to support and enhance various business processes.Conduct process gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on new or updated processes within the ServiceNow platform.Assist in the implementation of best practices for project and process management within the ServiceNow environment.Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on existing processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project or Process Analyst, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is advantageous.Experience in ITIL or other process frameworks is a plus.
