Job Description
Minimum of 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a similar role, with experience in analysing data from HRIS and ITSM systems.Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets specifically from ServiceNow.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with experience applying them to ServiceNow data.Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while considering potential variations due to location.Experience working within a captive advisory model.Proven experience with specific ServiceNow modules relevant to the role (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Employee Self-Service).Knowledge of human capital metrics and frameworks relevant to employee experience data.Experience working with ITSM ticketing systems.Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
