DSA is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our team at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Clearance BS degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceDoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certificationAt least five years of experience in information technology with specific focus on ServiceNow development and administration.Experience with JavaScript, REST API, MySQL, LinuxStrong understanding and work experience in Web services, SOAP, emailStrong understanding of ITIL v3 processesExperience with ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systemsExperience developing, releasing, and maintaining software solutions.Knowledge of helpdesk and change control industry and related business management applications.Significant experience with ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident/problem, Asset Management, Reporting and ConfigurationStrong customer service skills and demonstrated interest in continuous improvement.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including senior level management.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and requirements.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areas.
Desired Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CertificationITIL v3 certificationExperience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft AzureExperience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Key Responsibilities
Determine and implement solutions for new features, capabilities, and tools integrations with ServiceNow to address key system requirements for the mission.Follow best practices to configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management.Develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow.
