Do you dream in data integrations and flow design? If so, we want you! We're seeking a passionate ServiceNow Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class ServiceNow implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Leading the Implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM):· You'll play a key role in configuring ServiceNow for equipment management, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Mastermind of Integrations:· You'll be the go-to person for building complex integrations using the ServiceNow Integration Hub.· Wrangling data from disparate systems and connecting them seamlessly to the user interface is your jam.· You'll ensure smooth data flow (ETL) and define clear business rules for efficient operations.
REQUIREMENTSProven technical experience with ServiceNow, especially Integration Hub, Data Sources, and Flow DesignerSeeking experience with TRUE Enterprise Asset Management processes (not just ITAM / hardware / software "asset management")Strong understanding of data ETL processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plansExcellent communication and collaboration skills
BONUS POINTSMedical Equipment Management Guru:Experience managing medical equipment, especially with the complexities of nationwide rentals and shipping, will put you at the top of the list.
