Role Description: Will oversee the ServiceNow application delivery services, planning, development, and deployment strategy, including defining the goals and timelines for ServiceNow projects & enhancements.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field).3-5 years of related project experience leading the Implementation of ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsExperience in Agile project management methodology, tools and templatesUnderstanding of ServiceNow application suite - ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc
