Overview:We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to work hands on in the ServiceNow platform with projects focused on advancements in ITSM, CSM & HRSD. 
What will you be doing:Collaborating closely with clients, leadership and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development teamUtilize your knowledge & work projects broadly within CSM AND/OR HRSD.Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholdersWork on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platformLead the development team & be hands on technically as needed working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
Experience:Strong ServiceNow Architecture experienceConsultancy experience3+ years in ServiceNow experience minimumModular experience with CSM &/OR HRSDServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, CIS etc...
