This is a DevOps role within technology division in collaboration between Cyber and ESM (Enterprise System Management) groups. The successful candidate will work with an existing team within all facets of development from requirements gathering, design, development, code reviews, testing, to deployment in production as well as designing, specifying, guiding development performed by more junior consultant developers and reviewing their work product.
Skills RequiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in an infrastructure DevOps roleMinimum of 3 years of experience developing in ServiceNowMinimum of 5 years of overall experience working on the ServiceNow platform.Experience working on ServiceNow's Discovery/CMDB/ITAM modulesStrong Windows Systems Administration experienceStrong PowerShell scripting skillsGeneral networking and security knowledge (IP Networking, Subnetting, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, DNS, NAT, Load balancing, packet trace and analysis, etc.)Familiar with SDLC/DevOps tool-sets such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible and Jenkins, GIT, Jira, Stash, etc.Background in Agile team workflow leveraging concepts such as Scrum/Lean/KanbanAbility to work with customers, gather requirements and create solutions independentlyAble to troubleshoot, problem solve, analytical thinker
