Location: Across LTIMindtree Pan India locationExperience: 5 to 15yrsSkills: ServiceNow SAM Pro -ITAM
Candidate must have 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experienceHands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platformServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)Well versed with ServiceNow scriptingCandidate must have 2+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management experienceSAMPro Implementation experienceExposure to licensing, publisher packsDetailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage, contract entitlement and data maintenance, user management and enablement, data integrity, compliance analysis, renewal/milestone calendaring, and innovative reporting solutionsMust have good communication skills
