About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in implementing, customizing, and providing ongoing support for the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT service management processes, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization. Description: Configuring and Customizing ServiceNow: Tailor the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs and requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging ServiceNow to improve efficiency and automation. Workflow Design and Implementation: Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations with third-party systems. Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Provide continuous support for the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the ServiceNow platform is optimized and aligned with best practices. Training and Development: Train end-users and stakeholders on the use of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Qualifications: experience in at least two of the following products: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM or ITBM IT Service Management Expertise: Deep understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Business and Technical Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex issues within the ServiceNow environment. Scripting and Development: Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for ServiceNow customization and development. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German is a must.
