The opportunity EY is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing the competitive edge our customers need to overcome some of the biggest creative and technical challenges around. You will help clients to realize the value they can gain from their IT investments — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver, guide our clients on their IT vision, strategy, and roadmap as they embark on building their transformation journeys. Our consultants in agile, cross-functional teams addressing some of the most significant issues, such as cloud, emerging technologies, digital transformation, enterprise agility, scaling high-growth businesses, exploiting the potential of AI. Your Key Responsibilities Participate in strategic projects to clients that operates in multiple industriesDefining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ESG, etc)Working closely with ServiceNow technical teamsSupporting the team managementOverseeing application and workflow configurationInterpret the organization's strategic objectives and transform them into tactical and operational objectivesAnalyse client’s technological transformation and engineering improvement opportunities and provide relevant and practical solutions to address those needsDeveloping client-specific reporting processes and integration componentsProviding trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performanceContribute to proposals and client presentations for complex IT delivery projectsContributing to clients’ business developmentTeam with various EY groups with digital and cloud capabilities to pursue and deliver end-to-end digital engagements and enable solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to lifeIdentify and characterize technological transformation initiatives, as well as prioritizing them, considering any dependenciesBe aware of the best practices and market trends regarding the various components of a technological architectureActively contribute to EY’s Technology TransformationUnderstand all our consulting service offerings and Alliance partnerships Skills And Attributes For Success A strategic focused mind-setStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to prepare high-quality written communicationEffective time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlinesA strong work ethicForward thinker and self-starterTeam player and able to work under pressureBusiness mindsetAptitude to bridge between the IT and Business environment linking both strategies and objectives To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Informatics, Management or similar fields of study2+ years of experience in Consulting and/or High-Tech industry1+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow projects - defining strategic plans/directors of information systems/information technologies or redefinition of technological Architectures with medium/high complexity, ITIL, HR and other modulesKnowledge in BPMN 2.0Knowledge in IT Governance and ITSM FrameworksExperience in governance and people/skills/culture change management associated with transformation projectsHands-on transformation experience in working on the client-side and project teamsFull English Proficiency Ideally, you’ll also have ServiceNow certificationsCertifications in ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL)Experience in Agile and DevOpsExperience in Design Thinking What We Look For An effective communicator and you’ll be a confident team player equipped with strong people management skills; Creative, proactive, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
