Implement and manage the ServiceNow platform, crucial for our digital transformation. Advise and collaborate with Product Owners in sprint teams following the 'DevOps' principle. Develop, configure, test, and maintain solutions for optimal customer experience. Bring fresh ideas and foster innovation within the ICT department. How You Will Approach It
As a Junior ServiceNow Engineer, you have essential competencies, including problem-solving ability, communication skills, and a keen learning mindset. Additionally, you have:
A relevant IT-related education at a minimum HBO (BA) level. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus but not required for a junior position. General knowledge of business processes and information provision. Affinity with ICT and the energy transition is a plus.
For this position is it important that you already live and work in the Netherlands. Full remote work is not possible.
You will work with
Your colleagues from the ICT department. Here, you will form a team with colleagues you work closely with in an informal, Agile manner in a SAFe context.

How You Will Meet This Challenge
As a Junior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be actively involved in implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow platform. You will contribute by optimizing ICT processes and provide support to experienced ICT specialists.
