The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be the lead resource in the configuration, development, support of the ServiceNow development and implementation efforts. The successful candidate will have fluency in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables team lead and stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices. Tasks include:
Serve as the Senior ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing solution design using best industry practices. Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements. Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, Catalog Items, Integrations and any other ServiceNow related configurations required to support client processes. Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis. Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies

Education & Qualifications
Typically requires BS degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
This experience is the foundation a candidate needs to be successful in this position:
7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform that includes scoped/custom application development.5 years of experience in custom inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.5 years of experience configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow - UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business. Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles / Groups.5 years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflows.5 years of implementation and development in ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM (Software & Hardware), ITSM, and portfolio mgmt.3 years of developing effective workspaces, dashboards, reporting and establishing supportive workflow3 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and XMLs.3 years of experience with developing in ServiceNow Experience App Engine Studio with UI Builder. Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Pay Range
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
