Job Description
As a ServiceNow PPM Developer, you will:🔹 Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirements🔹 Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices🔹 Own all technical aspects of project and solution delivery, including:Application UI ConfigurationWorkflow Configuration and DevelopmentDevelopment of client-specific reportingIntegration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)🔹 Interface with ServiceNow technical teams to successfully set up the SaaS platform🔹 Be a key member of the overall implementation project team🔹 Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables related to technology🔹 Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences🔹 Plan and implement SPM modules (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Application Portfolio Management)🔹 Create reports and dashboards (Financials, Compliance, etc.)🔹 Develop required documentation such as process design documents, training documents, stories, use cases, and test cases🔹 Have strong knowledge of Business rules and client scripts, Including, Flow designer, Table/Form creation, email alerts configuration, surveys, service portal, etc.
