About the Role:
Join a global consulting firm as a SaaS Presales Manager within their presales team to work on various RFPs for their clients across Australia. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring the successful execution of SaaS projects, including estimating the costing, RFPs/RFQs, resources and timelines to deliver on the projects.
We have four distinct roles, each focused on a specific technology: SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow (CSM & HRSD), Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce (banking and financial services clients).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end process of managing RFP responses, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with client needs.Leverage your SME knowledge in SAP S/4HANA or ServiceNow or Oracle Cloud or Salesforce) to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable RFPs.Oversee project costing, resource planning, timelines, and quotations to ensure seamless project execution.Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, including technical teams, to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of proposals.Maintain a repository of proposal templates and standard responses to streamline future RFP processes.
Role-Specific Requirements:
SAP S/4HANA Specialist: Proven experience in managing RFP responses, Strong technical background involved in SAP S/4HANA implementations.ServiceNow Specialist: Expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in HRSD and CSM modules. Proven track record in managing RFP responses and ServiceNow implementations.Oracle Cloud Specialist: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions. Experience in overseeing RFP responses and Oracle Cloud implementations.Salesforce Specialist (banking and financial services domain): Experience managing Salesforce implementations for BFSI clients. Proven experience in handling RFP responses for Salesforce solutions.
General Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in proposal management, RFP response management, or a similar role.Demonstrated expertise in managing RFP responses for one of the following technologies: SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, or Salesforce.Strong technical background, potentially as a technical architect or in a similar role.Proficiency in project costing, resource planning, and timeline management.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality proposals.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details to clients and stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple RFPs and proposals simultaneously.
