Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate for the position of Senior Performance Analytics who can create management dashboards, report on OKR’s and metrics, and answer key business questions to help increase quality and reduce the costs of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability with a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM. This role involves handling and optimizing our infrastructure development projects ensuring seamless integration and dedication. Your contributions will significantly impact our company’s efficiency and service delivery.
What You’ll Do
Provide Real-time insight into data and predictive forecasts for enhanced decision-making.Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Setting up thresholds, such as all-time highs, lows, or predefined values that automatically generate alerts.Prior experience in configuring Configure CMDB Health dashboards and CMDB Query Build.Aide service management team in optimizing processes and integration of processes regarding reporting management.ITIL Foundation Qualification – Desirable but not vital.Optimally answer the "how to" technical and application questions as it relates to configuration of ServiceNow for Reporting ManagementBuild dashboards and create training for dashboards implementations.ServiceNow development experience in the Performance Analytics Module.Build reporting strategy, execution, and delivery for the reports.Perform the delivery using agile methodologies.Experience with CMDB terminology and practices.
What You Bring To The Role
Possess a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM with at least 7 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in infrastructure development and optimization.Have a consistent track record of leading and delivering infrastructure projects successfully.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve sophisticated infrastructure issues.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development.Have experience in automating infrastructure tasks to improve efficiency.Be capable of conducting audits and assessments.
