We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. Responsibilities
Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skillsExperience in coding, object-oriented and modularized softwareStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls.
Requirements
More than 6 years of exp. in application development on ServiceNow platformBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field ; or equivalent related professional experience.Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on timeDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quicklyProven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutionsDemonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project deliveryStrong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversityProven team player and team builderStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
