We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for completing complex projects on time and providing options with pros, cons, and risks. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platformWork closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaborationProvide options with pros, cons, and risks for key technical decisions during project deliveryComplete complex projects on timeLearn new technologies quickly and apply them to project developmentInfluence and consult around all key technical decisions during project deliveryBuild and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team membersLead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and supportEnsure high-quality delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platformIdentify and resolve technical issues and challenges
Requirements
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in application development on ServiceNow platformBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experienceDemonstrated success completing complex projects, on timeDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quicklyProven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutionsDemonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project deliveryProven team player and team builderExpertise in writing JavaScript codeProficiency with coding, object-oriented and modularized softwareExpertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, BootstrapFamiliarity with SOA technologies including as REST or SOAPStrong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversityStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsGood verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
