Veritex Community Bank is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator with 7+ years of experience to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will be a member of a team of ServiceNow administrators and developers, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features that meet business needs. The ServiceNow Administrator will also participate in project meetings, develop reports and dashboards, and train end-users on ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities And Duties
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and custom solutions. The development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Manage the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to ServiceNow. Participate in SCRUM meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration points with other enterprise systems. Create and manage ServiceNow automation scripts and orchestration workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom solutions. Conduct platform assessments and provide recommendations for improvements. Provide technical expertise and support to other IT teams and business stakeholders. Design and implement ServiceNow security policies and procedures. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Train and support end-users in the use of ServiceNow. Manage ServiceNow instances, including security and access controls. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the smooth operation of ServiceNow. Maintain and improve ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management. Develop and maintain ServiceNow incident management and problem management processes.

Job Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or relevant experience. 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications. Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer. Knowledge of SCRUM methodology and experience working in an Agile environment. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, LDAP, and SSO. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. ServiceNow certification preferred. Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM modules. Experience with ServiceNow HR, Security Operations, FSO, and Customer Service Management modules. Knowledge of ITIL best practices. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting. Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and CMS. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
