Skills
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow PlatformExtensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM administration, configuration, customisation, data imports, and scripting, workflow, Report/Performance Analytics, and Service Catalog/Portal, and third-part software integration including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies etcExperience working in HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. And programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or .NET (desirable).ServiceNow CSA and CAD certificationsPublic clouds Azure, AWS, GCPTerraform hands on experience
Nice To Have
Highly desirable: hands-on knowledge of Network Firewalls; Cisco, Fortigate , palo alto networks., Checkpoint, F5 (LTM/GTM) etcSound financial controls, OPEX, CAPEX, budget mgmt., cost modelling and reporting skills.Strong decision-making capabilities with proven ability to weigh relative costs and benefits.Stakeholders, vendors, and resource mgmt. with multiple projects and adapt work as required and ensuring projects deadlines.Develop visually appealing and interactive reports using ServiceNow reporting and other similar tools, enabling stakeholders to gain actionable insight.Knowledge of tools like Microsoft project, Excel, Jira, confluence Excellent communication and presentation skills.
