REQUIRED SKILLSRequired Skills and Qualifications:Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management, etc.) and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and working with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, CMDB, Incident Management, and Reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Skills:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
