As a ServiceNow FSM Developer, you design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow FSM in order to ensure a successful deployment. You will work closely with the Product owner to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.
Certifications:ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM)ServiceNow CSA (System Administrator Certification)ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
JDExperience on JavaScript, Scripting in ServiceNow, Mobile Development and ATF (Automated Test Framework) Test case DevelopmentAt least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projectsImplemented at least one complex FSM projects6+ years of experience in ServiceNowExperience in implementing Mobile Agent App - FSMExperience with Service Portal Development, Flow designing and/or traditional workflowExperience in Custom Application DevelopmentExperience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, and Integration hubExpertise in ServiceNow Scripting - Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etcExperience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scriptsExperience building dashboards and reports
