We are looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Business Analyst who will collaborate closely with the team lead/project owner to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role demands adeptness in managing processes to oversee the team's schedule, resources, and budget effectively, with a primary focus on excellence in project management.
Responsibilities:Write the process flow requirements for change management, incident management, demand management.Define and refine specifications and adjustments for the ServiceNow platform, aligning them with business requirements and overarching organizational goals.Offer technical guidance for the planning, design, enhancement, installation, testing, and documentation phases of ServiceNow projects.Possess expertise in the ServiceNow application, including implementing modules and integrating third-party applications within the environment.Work proficiently across various methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, Automation, and CICD practices and technologies.Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing both technical and business-related issues.Take the lead in conceptualizing solutions, crafting implementation plans, and ensuring successful delivery.Demonstrate strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.Identify and proactively mitigate risks and issues that may arise during project execution.Maintain consistent communication and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.Present and elucidate team analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.Oversee and manage standard project tools and templates, including project schedules, issue logs, risk summaries, status reports, and meeting minutes.Excel in managing multiple product suites and leading cross-functional teams.Demonstrate experience in successfully launching multiple large-scale products end to end.Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Required Qualifications:MUST HAVE Strategic Portfolio Management module experienceAble to commute to our client’s office in Issaquah, WA 3-4 days/week5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, writing the process flow requirements for change management, incident management, demand management.10+ years of experience in a relevant role.Prior consulting experience.Proficiency in utilizing a variety of program/project management methodologies, approaches, and tools.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define technical solutions and manage tasks crucial for project success.
Preferred Qualifications:Consulting experience with leading consulting firms.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous.
