Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of business processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Business Analysis:Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and effectively communicated.Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.Develop functional specifications and system design documentation based on business requirements.Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to validate requirements and solution design.ServiceNow:Utilize ServiceNow platform capabilities to design, implement, and optimize IT service management processes.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to recommend and implement improvements.Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.Proven experience working with ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization.Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
