Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow HRSD professional at Innova ESI. The ServiceNow HRSD professional will be responsible for managing and implementing HR Service Delivery processes within the ServiceNow platform. They will work closely with HR and IT teams to improve HR service delivery through automation, process improvement, and efficient use of the ServiceNow platform. The role is located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience implementing and managing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery within an organizationStrong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD best practicesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience with ServiceNow integrations and HR case managementStrong communication and collaboration skillsServiceNow HRSD certification is a plusExperience with Agile methodologies is a plusAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
