Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR-ServiceNow Solution Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and integration documentation.Develop custom applications and enhancements using JavaScript, Glide, and other relevant technologies.Implementation and Configuration:Implement HRSD solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment.Configure and maintain business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs.Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.Collaboration and Consultation:Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow HRSD applications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with company policies.Training and Development:Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on ServiceNow development and configuration. Qualifications
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a focus on HRSD.Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.Technical Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD suite, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management.Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
