Wipro’s Cybersecurity and Risk Services (CRS) encompasses a specialized ServiceNow practice. This practice is proficient in aiding customers with the shift to integrated risk management and operational resilience. The practice boasts of over 100 consultants who utilize Wipro’s extensive security and ServiceNow expertise to assist customers in the implementation and operation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management solutions. We provide services for ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, SecOps/VR, BCM thereby helping organizations overcome the daily challenges of maintaining and operating their processes. Our team of expert architects designs solutions that deliver maximum value to business stakeholders. This team of professionals is prepared to offer support in a variety of areas, including technical design, functional design, engagement, SLAs, quality, and more.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow GRC Developer at Wipro. The role will involve working on a range of tasks related to ServiceNow GRC development on a day-to-day basis. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining GRC applications, developing integrations, customizing workflows, and providing technical support. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being Bengaluru, with the flexibility for remote work.
QualificationsExperience in ServiceNow GRC development and implementationDemonstrated proficiency (4 years) in web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML).Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Managed and Custom Spokes.Ability to effectively present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.Thorough understanding of GRC Metrics, GRC Integrations, GRC Workbench, GRC ComplianceWorkspace, and GRC Risk Portal.Problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of ITIL processes and best practicesStrong understanding of information security concepts and frameworksExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholdersGood communication and interpersonal skillsA minimum of 4 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM (Preferred)ITIL V4 Foundation(Optional)
