If you can build applications, focused on learning and implementing new technology, with the passion to write code.Responsibilities:As a ServiceNow Technical Lead your day-to-day activities will be as follows:1. Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams.3. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.4. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.5. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the organization's architecture.6. Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.7. Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications and integrations before deployment.8. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features and recommend improvements to existing solutions.9. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.10. Maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.11. Provide training and support to end users and development teams.12. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide updates.13. Understanding requirements and developing the code abiding by Customer coding standards.Requirements:Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:1. 6+ Years of experience with ServiceNow Modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management) including development, customization, and administration.2. Must have experience with building Custom Applications in ServiceNow.3. Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc.4. Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide API s.5. Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc6. Provide hands-on development to include creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, Event rules, application fields, from design, business rules, client scripts, user roles and groups, access controls, and more on the various system applications.7. Experience in creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules for ServiceNow Discovery8. Understand Credential less and Credential based Discovery.9. Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using off-shelf plugins and API methods.10. Experience in using ServiceNow plugins, such as MID Server, Pattern Designer, and Service Graph Connector.11. Develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs as required.12. Experience with Integrating ServiceNow Applications with third party applications including cloud applications (AWS)13. Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts14. Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation15. Good customer facing skills and good at communication.16. Enthusiastic to learn and implement new features.17. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certified.
