Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a ServiceNow Architect in Milan for one of our top clients, a main actor in the European and global market.With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, they want to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and develop new business models.
The candidate will deal with different ServiceNow modules, Environment in Constant innovation and enabling recently released features.
As a ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible to lead team in project activities defining the solution from both a technical and architectural point of view. You will also support presales activities working with sales team in defining the solution to be proposed to the client and supporting the definition of the related costs in terms of both technical skill and person day required to accomplish the task in order to defining the overall effort for the solution. You can be also requested to address, from a technical point of view, and solve incident / problems affecting the area where your team is working supporting L1 team.
The successful candidate must establish and maintain relationships both within the client and external customers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
• ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least two of the following module ITSM, ITBM, ITOM (Event Management), HR, SAM, CMDB and ServiceNow micro certification on various areas including Performance Analytics.
• Demonstrate strong technical competences having worked on projects covering the abovemodule and having provided the definition of the solution to be provided to the client.
• Demonstrate strong technical (English) communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in detail, clearly to other technical and non-technical people.
• Proven experience of ServiceNow Development Platform including (but not limited to) ITSM, ITOM, Change Management, Custom Development and on other of the above modules with reference to projects where the candidate has worked extensively. Strong experience in the development of major elements of a ServiceNow solution including frontend / backend scripts, business rules, ui scripts, transform maps and integration with external systems using web. services, email integration and Single Sign on Configuration.
• Strong Experience of ServiceNow Platform configuration to setup an instance providing at least ITSM implementation including also Service Catalog creation.
