We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee the procurement, deployment, and management of organization's IT assets.
The ideal candidate will ensure the eBicient utilization and maintenance of hardware, software, and other technology resources while adhering to budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements.

Job Description
Develop and implement strategies for the lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal. Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, ensuring records are up-to-date and reflective of current assets. Utilize IT asset discovery tools (e.g, ServiceNow Discovery, BMC Helix Discovery) to automate asset discovery, track asset changes, and maintain accurate asset configuration information. Monitor asset performance and utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization andn cost savings. Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT asset requirements and provide timely solutions. Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, regulatory requirements, and security policies related to IT assets. Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts for IT asset procurement and maintenance. Conduct audits and assessments to verify asset data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines related to IT asset management. Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management practices and procedures. Migration of IT inventories from one system to other. Experience And Preferred Skills The Candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry Strong proficiency in ITSM and IT Asset Management process Preferred experience in Jira Asset Management or other IT Asset Management tools like Device42, BMC Helix Discovery etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work eBectively both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment
