Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for user stories. Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for ServiceNow implementationsWorking closely with Business Analyst and Product Owners to refine user stories and categorize the user-centric requirementsDemonstrating an understanding of the customers team’s capability visions by researching, wireframing, prototyping, and mocking up user experiencesTranslating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiencesIdentifying design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying design decisions eloquentlyCommunicating design ideas and prototypes supported by objective analyses to facilitate decision-makingDeveloping presentations and reports conveying complex informationPerform subjective and objective research both qualitatively and quantitatively, to gather deep end-user understandingParticipating on an agile team and use expand your knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., SAFe, JIRA, Confluence)Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teamsPerforms planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings. Selects appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standards. Anticipates requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and designing appropriate solutions
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role working with ServiceNow ApplicationsExperience leading and delivering Agile Development projectsExperience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability to present a polished and professional image to clientsAbility to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environmentWillingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend beyond initial scope of responsibilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as neededMinimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Human Centered Design, User Experience, or Information Management)
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret clearance
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
