Roles Responsibilities:Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple ServiceNow Modules like HRSD WSD ITSM and 3rd party integrationsClient and Server APIs i.e., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm , GlideAggregate , GlideRecord etc.Validate requirements and highlight discrepanciesDesign solution and suggest technical best practicesEnsure information is accurate and feasibleProvide domain architecture and the technical aspects of the projectParticipate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirementsEnd to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation customization in ServiceNow
