Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM SpecialistJob Location: Austin, TX, (Onsite)Job Type: Full TimeClient: TECH M Responsibilities: · Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.· Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, CSDM process.· Overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.· Work on Solution Design for new requirements\ Integrations, suggest recommendations and best practices.· Identify any gaps in existing solutions, suggest and work on improvements.· Guide\Mentor team members.· Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.· Good stakeholder management and communication skills.· Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified
NOTE: We are looking for Development kind profiles not functional. focus on below point. Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
