Job Description
We’re searching for a ServiceNow Developer to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!If you believe in going above and beyond, want to exemplify the best, and wish to bring people and technology together like never before, then we would love to have a conversation with you!What we seek to accomplish together:To administer and manage ServiceNow ITSM tool for customer projects.Understand Operation business needs and translate into technical requirementTo manage and handle ServiceNow ITSM tool for customer project.To apply ServiceNow software patches.To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
Qualifications
Oneor more years of experience in IT industry, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Windows Server 2019One (1) or more years of experience with ServiceNow/ITILExperience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc.Good People management skillGood analytical and problem solving skillsPossess initiative with positive working attitudes and customer services orientedIndependent and goal-orientedStrong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skillsGood written and spoken EnglishWilling to work after office hours
