Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.· Be well versed with the application deployment and configuration baselines, and understanding of how the application environment operates in a secure environment and how exceptions are handled during operations.· Diagnose and isolate issues through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system-related issues.· Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to ensure user experience and general system usability.· Analyze and validate data for successful migration between environments.· Process and prepare data for uploads to systems during migrations.· Works with architects and analysts on related projects including service automation and platform integration support.· Ensure appropriate approvals for any process change, maintaining the usability of the data being migrated.· Demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
Qualifications:· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Excellent analytical skills· Excellent project management and time-management skills· Problem-solving solving skills· Ability to understand business problems and provide guidance to the team on strategies that will produce successful results.· Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UIScripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environments.· Hands-on experience with ITSM, SPM and CSM ServiceNow modules preferred.· Experience with Integration Hub, Service Bridge, ITOM and ITAM desirable.· Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, Angular, RESTful, etc.· Understanding of ITIL/ITSM V3 processes· Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST around APIs ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer preferred.
