Job DescriptionTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire Senior ServiceNow Consultant – IT who is based out of in Coimbatore, Chennai, Pune location.
Reporting to Senior Manager & the role involves,
What a typical day looks like:Work both independently and as a productive member of a project team.Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integrationProvide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNowDevelops and implements technical solutions and performs component integration testsCreate and manage scripts and workflow
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Overall 7-10 Plus years of IT experience and 4-5Yrs of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.Experience in one (or more) scripting languages and a fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL & CMDBAdvanced skill & experience in integrations & server side scripting (JavaScript etc..)Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow systemPerformed integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration (ITOM) (discovery, event management, ..) CMDB, Asset management, scoped applications.Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIsScripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.Advanced experience with workflows and good experience with flow designers.Good Knowledge and experience with Portal configurations.Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementationsStrong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
