This is you A minimum of 3 years of related work experience with ServiceNow administration and DevOps.Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred (ITILv3 or ITILv4 Foundation).Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.Up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.Experience in configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, and custom applications.Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of ITSM data models, reporting, and data governance.Self-motivated and driven to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Nice-to-have Skills Certifications like: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer will be considered as an advantage. This is your role Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applicationsAssist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processesUnderstand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefitsCoordinate application and platform upgradesDevelop systems integrations and process automationConfigure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflowsGeneral support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applicationsWorking closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practicesLoad, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systemsAssists with report configuration and maintenance What awaits you at Qinshift?
