Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead with a strong focus on ServiceNow Cloud and AI to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of our ServiceNow practice. You will work closely with clients, leading teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ServiceNow Cloud and AI practice, including strategy development, service offerings, and business growth.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized ServiceNow solutions.Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow and AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow services, AI technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.Drive business development efforts, including client engagements, proposals, and presentations.Build strong relationships with ServiceNow and other technology partners to leverage new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform services, including architecture, implementation, and management.Strong expertise in AI and machine learning technologies and their applications.Proven leadership experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer are highly desirable.
