Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions that meet our business needs and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow GRC implementations.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.Design and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of GRC solutions.Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support end-users.Perform system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ServiceNow GRC solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in GRC and ServiceNow.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow GRC implementations.Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts and best practices.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including configuration, administration, and development.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Certification in ServiceNow GRC is a plus.Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) is an advantage.
