Job Description
8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment. Experienced in ServiceNow implementation. Understanding of Angular based Client side Server side scripts Implementation experience on various ServiceNow modules ITSM, HRSD, WSD, CSM etc. Hands-on experience in JavaScript. Detailed understanding of ITIL processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities Good Collaboration skills and teamwork ethic Attention to details and commitment to quality Good work ethic ambitious and well-organized Understand business requirements for ServiceNow Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials Manage project team through completion of work and assigned tasks Manage and communicate with business users regarding project progress status issues and risks Manage project timeline and manage the project including escalations to complete the project on schedule and within budget Plan project scope and established measurable goals Work closely with the ServiceNow engagement manager and all other team members to plan manage and deliver releases Attend project governance meetings and scrum meetings Organize the project kickoff and process workshops Facilitate activities through training testing go live and post go live support
