Job Description:The CSM Architect will be responsible for the overall architectural design and delivery assurance within the Customer Service Management (CSM) domain. This role requires experience with the legacy procurement application in ServiceNow or Source to Pay. GlideFast's Architects have broad technical and process knowledge across a wide portfolio of GlideFast's services and products. They work closely with the Business Process Consultant to create Stories by crafting the technical approach for each. The CSM Architect will be crucial in providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
ResponsibilitiesArchitect CSM and Source to Pay projects.Create expert level JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs.Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts.Lead and participate in the development effort of solutions in three (3) or more of the following specializations:ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (CSM, ITSM, ITBM, HR, ITOM, or other additional products).Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap).Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications).3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, or other additional products).Lead customer workshops and assist with demos as well as gathering technical and functional requirements.Create overall technical architecture, including design documentation and process flows, for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements.Review developers’ code and provide recommendations/best practices to ensure success.Partner with Business Process Consultants and attend requirements review and validation sessions as required.Participate in scrum ceremonies.
QualificationsMust have experience architecting CSM and legacy Procurement/Source to Pay projects.3+ years delivering/architecting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.4+ years in a consulting role, delivering software implementations preferable.Expertise with configuration and customization of solutions in one (3) or more of the following specializations:ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (CSM, ITSM, ITBM, HR, ITOM, other additional products).Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap).ServiceNow Application Development (Scoped Applications).3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, other additional products).ServiceNow development experience with CSM and HRSD modules highly encouraged.Expertise with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs.Working proficiency in the following skills are encouraged:Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge.Practical knowledge or experience with Operating Systems (Linux, Windows).Thorough knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports.Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.Experience with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.Strong consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models.Strong knowledge in ITIL foundation is required.Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies.Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions.
Certifications / EducationServiceNow Certified System Administrator.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.CIS - CSM(3) ServiceNow Mainline Implementation Certification (CSM, ITSM, HR, other product areas).ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred.Maintain active government security clearance if applicable.

The starting pay range for this role is $140,000 - $190,000 USD. Actual compensation willdepend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internalor external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
