ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 3+ Months Job Description:Department: Human Resources Position Summary:· The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be a key member of the HR technology Team, implementing and supporting the ServiceNow HRSD platform and associated processes. You will be responsible for developing a strong understanding between the business needs of the stakeholders and how the ServiceNow application will support those needs. This analyst role will partner with development and IT partners to build, document and test ServiceNow HRSD. You will also provide support to end users in UAT and by training users on new functionality and presenting updates to end users. Responsibilities:· Partner with the IT, vendor partner and business stakeholders to define, analyse, and document requirements for new ServiceNow processes or improvements to current processes· Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements.· Responsible for documenting detailed current and future state process, system workflows and requirement details· Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team· Lead the effort to create and update test scripts in excel, ALM or other testing tools. Upload the scripts in the testing tool and manage approval, assignment, and correction of test scripts throughout the project.· Help in execution of Systems integration testing. Including executing test scripts, working with the right teams to resolve the bugs.· Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered· Lead in managing User acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing activities, supporting users to complete the testing and drive bug fixes.· Support in managing project activities like action items management, follow ups and coordination work among various teams and stakeholders.· Support the lead in any other aspects of project including, vendor meetings and follow ups, documentation of requirements and preparing for Go live activities.· Responsible for holistically understanding both the business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform modules.· Responsible for driving assigned work to completion along with assisting other Business Analysts on the team Experience:· 5+ years of experience of eliciting requirements and designing business processes· Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD (Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Problem, Service Portal)· Hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HRSD· Understanding of Agile software development practices· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills Education:· Bachelors Required About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
